Heading a bit further north, Dee Lincoln Prime at the Star in Frisco has recently unveiled two distinct and immersive culinary experiences: an intimate Chef’s Table and a refined Omakase menu meant to enhance the guest experience through precise techniques, intention, and seasonally driven cuisine.

The Chef’s Table experience, curated by Culinary Director Julian Rodarte, offers a six-seat setting inside a glass-enclosed wine cellar surrounded by more than 2,000 bottles. The six-course, three-hour tasting ($395++ per person) highlights seasonal ingredients and refined technique, with standout dishes like caviar-topped oysters, truffle-infused bluefin tuna, A5 wagyu, and a foie gras crème brûlée finale. Available by reservation with 48-hour notice, the menu evolves regularly, ensuring a distinct experience with each visit.
Also debuting is a 10-course Omakase menu ($95++ per person), served Wednesdays and Saturdays at the sushi bar. This thoughtfully paced experience blends tradition and innovation, beginning with a caviar shooter and moving through expertly crafted nigiri, tuna carpaccio, and indulgent composed dishes like lobster and wagyu rolls, before ending on a matcha-forward dessert. Optional sake or wine pairings are available; reservations are required 48 hours in advance.
