From Tuscan Skincare And A Legendary Italian Sportswear Comeback To Texas Rivers, Retro Austin Nightlife, And So Much More, These Are Our Top Fall Things Currently On Our Radar
Let’s face it: Texas has never been short on style… or surprises. From brands with storied European pedigrees making their way back onto American soil to homegrown experiences celebrating everything from wildlife to nightlife, this month’s Curated Texan Top 10 is a stylish mix of what’s new, what’s nostalgic, and what’s simply worth knowing about now.
Here’s what has caught the attention of our cool hunters, Lance Avery Morgan and Rob Giardinelli…
#1. SEED TO SKIN TUSCANY: MEET FARM-TO-FACE LUXURY

There’s something wonderfully Italian about turning skincare into a ritual, and Seed to Skin Tuscany does exactly that.
Born from the organic farm and holistic philosophy of Borgo Santo Pietro in Tuscany, the luxury skincare line marries centuries-old botanical wisdom with contemporary European biotechnology. Ingredients sourced from the estate’s gardens are transformed into sophisticated formulas featuring plant extracts, antioxidants, probiotics and active compounds.
The result is “farm-to-face” beauty that makes the connection between nature, science and self-care feel positively indulgent. Among the brand’s standout offerings that we loved in particular are: Rescue Cleanse, Recovery Cream and The Cure.
Why we’re watching: It’s skincare with a sense of place, and a distinctly Tuscan point of view.
#2. ellessee IS BACK: AND BRINGING LA DOLCE VITA TO THE COURT

Remember ellesse? Great news. The Italian sportswear label that was practically synonymous with tennis style in the 1970s and ’80s is officially back in the U.S. In Dallas, as a matter of fact.
Founded in Perugia in 1959, ellesse has launched its U.S. e-commerce platform with a new tennis collection designed for contemporary play while maintaining the brand’s unmistakable Italian DNA.
Duwayne Miller, CEO of The Iconic Brands Corporation, says the strategy is rooted in honoring what made the brand special in the first place: premium quality, innovation and elevated design. “From day one, the vision was to reintroduce ellesse as a premium lifestyle brand rooted in authentic Italian heritage,” shares Miller. Before any core strategies, I wanted to learn more about where the brand originated, so I traveled to Perugia, Italy, to meet some of the people who helped build its legacy from 1959. I also spoke to residents across the city who still had such fond memories of the brand. That experience, combined with consumer research validating that people still remembered ellesse for its high quality and style, gave me confidence that the brand had massive equity.”
He goes on to say, “Our job has been to honor that foundation and balance relevancy to inspire today’s new generations. It all truly starts with understanding and trusting what made the brand successful in the first place. Leonardo Servadio built ellesse on premium quality, innovation, and elevated design, and those foundational principles still guide consumers today. We’re incorporating those values and applying them to reimagined product assortments on court, on mountain, and will transcend into luxury lifestyle for both men and women. The Italian lifestyle of La Dolce Vita will exude in all we do and we hope that influences a very exclusive point of view for all generations of consumers that choose ellesse.
Why we’re watching: The courts may be where it started, but ellesse is aiming for a much bigger lifestyle game.
#3. ENDOSPHERES ARRIVES PERMANENTLY AT LAKE AUSTIN SPA RESORT

Courtesy of LASR

Consider this your invitation to roll into a new kind of wellness. And are you ever going to love it and want to work it into your ongoing wellness routine.
Following an enthusiastic response to its spring residency, Lake Austin Spa Resort has made Endospheres a permanent addition to its spa menu. The Italian-engineered treatment uses patented Compressive Microvibration technology to combine lymphatic drainage, body sculpting, and muscle recovery.
The treatment employs 55 rotating silicone spheres to deliver rhythmic pulses designed to support lymphatic drainage and provide a non-invasive approach to rejuvenation.
Why we’re watching: An Italian wellness innovation now has a permanent address in Austin.
#4. STETSON BOURBON: THE COWBOY HAT BRAND GETS SPIRITED

Stetson, as we know, has been part of the American West since John B. Stetson created his iconic cowboy hat in 1865. Now the legendary Western brand is entering another quintessentially American category: bourbon.
Stetson Bourbon is a super-premium, high-rye proprietary blend distilled and bottled in Bardstown, Kentucky. After a three-year sourcing and tasting process, Stetson partnered with Kentucky Master Blender Dan Callaway to create the 100-proof expression.
Aged an average of seven years, the bourbon offers notes of buttery oak, caramel, vanilla, brandied fruit and baking spices.
Why we’re watching: Cowboy culture and bourbon? Some Texas traditions practically write their own headlines, folks.
#5. DEEP IN THE HEART 2: TEXAS RIVERS TAKES TO THE BIG SCREEN

Texas is big. Its wildlife is bigger. And its rivers may be its most important story yet.
Deep in the Heart 2: Texas Rivers, from Texas filmmaker Ben Masters and Fin & Fur Films, journeys across the state’s springs, creeks, rivers and bays, capturing everything from river otters and mountain lions to snapping turtles and whooping cranes.
Narrated by Academy Award-nominated Texas native Ethan Hawke, the documentary shifts its focus toward water, the natural resource at the center of Texas’ future.
Masters spent three years documenting the state’s waterways, filming mountain lions along the Pecos, snapping turtles on the Neches, otters on the Sabine and whooping cranes around the Guadalupe Estuary. The film arrives in theaters September 25.
Why we’re watching: It’s a cinematic reminder that the Texas landscape is not just spectacular; it’s something worth protecting.
#6. A SICILIAN RED WORTH SAVING FOR A SPECIAL OCCASION

Some bottles are meant for dinner. Others are meant for an occasion.
The 2021 Donnafugata Mille e una Notte falls squarely into the latter category. Created from a trio of Sicilian grapes: Syrah, Petit Verdot and Nero d’Avola, the coveted red comes from the Contessa Entellina estate in southwestern Sicily.
Expect bold flavors of blackberry, dark plum, black pepper, licorice and tobacco, making it a natural partner for everything from rack of lamb and ribeye to rich wild-boar ragù.
And while it can be enjoyed now, the wine is expected to reach its peak in three to five years.
Why we’re watching: Buy it now. Hide it somewhere safe. Then wait for the right reason to open it.
#7. THE SAINT BERNARD AND MASON’S DAUGHTER FOUNDER BRINGS TWO TEXAS-BORN BRANDS TOGETHER

Some collaborations feel less like a partnership and more like a natural conversation. Love Note by Lyndsey Zorich, a Saint Bernard brand, is just that… a personal and creative expression of Zorich’s enduring love of fashion, art and the beautifully considered way we live.
Launched this month, the collection brings together two Texas-born brands and marks an exciting new chapter for Zorich, founder of both Saint Bernard and Mason’s Daughter. Building on the distinctive point of view that has shaped Mason’s Daughter, Love Note expands that sensibility into a broader lifestyle world—one where fashion, creativity and everyday living effortlessly intersect.
More than simply a new collection, Love Note by Lyndsey Zorich offers a glimpse into the aesthetic that continues to define Zorich’s evolving brand universe: personal, expressive and unmistakably rooted in Texas style.
Why we’re watching: For a fresh expression of fashion, art, and the art of living well, this brand has the potential to become a fan favorite fast.
#8. TANGERINE’S AT THE RENAISSANCE RETURNS: AUSTIN’S ’80s NIGHTLIFE LIVES AGAIN

Some Austin memories refuse to stay in the past.
To celebrate its 40th anniversary, Renaissance Austin Arboretum Domain Hotel is bringing back Tangerine’s, the legendary nightclub that once helped define Austin nightlife, for one very special night.
Tangerine’s Night Club: THE ENCORE takes over the hotel’s Glass Oaks space on Saturday, September 26, transforming it into an ’80s nightclub complete with a live DJ and champagne toast.
The original Tangerine’s was an upscale disco and nightclub known for disco and hip-hop sets during the late ’80s and ’90s. Hotel leadership has likened its place in Austin nightlife to the city’s own version of Studio 54.
Early-bird tickets were priced at $40; a nod to the hotel’s 40th anniversary.
Because sometimes the best new night out is one you remember from decades ago.
#9. THE SCOUT: THE TAILGATE HEATER YOU DIDN’T KNOW YOU NEEDED.YET.

Football season brings the tailgate. The tailgate brings the cold. Enter The Scout.
Made by Timber Stoves, the portable wood-pellet heater weighs just 15 pounds and is designed for outdoor settings where electricity and propane aren’t practical.
We love The Scout because it produces a real wood flame, offers up to 25,000 BTUs, and provides up to five feet of radiant heat. Its stainless-steel construction and compact footprint make it easy to bring along to a tailgate, outdoor gathering, or fall adventure.
And unlike the usual outdoor gadgets, The Scout actually looks good doing its job.
Why we’re watching: Because the smartest tailgate essential might be the one that keeps everyone warm before kickoff.
For a date night, intimate birthday celebration, or simply an excuse to dress up for dinner, APT 115 delivers.
The East Austin restaurant is Michelin-recommended and APT 115 features a frequently rotating eight-course tasting menu, with wine pairing available alongside beautifully prepared appetizers, entrées, and desserts.
For oenophiles, the wine list is particularly compelling, featuring more than 450 selections. Even better, diners can purchase wines to-go at half price.
APT 115 proprietor Joe Pannenbacker personally tours vineyards around the world in search of wines that offer something different from the usual Austin, and Texas, selection.
Why we’re watching: Eight courses, 450-plus wines and a proprietor who personally curates the cellar? Consider luxe dinner plans made.
#10. AUGUST MORGAN: A TEXAS TAKE ON THE ART OF HOME ENTERTAINING

With its spirited approach to entertaining, personalized style, and beautifully unexpected details, Kate Hersch’s August Morgan brings a playful point of view to the modern hostess.
Some of the most memorable entertaining moments are found in the details… the unexpected flourish, the clever conversation starter, the beautifully set table that feels polished without taking itself too seriously. August Morgan also offers gorgeous Southern-inspired clothing, too.
For the style-conscious hostess, its appeal is easy to understand: These aren’t simply accessories for entertaining; they’re part of the experience. Whether setting the table for an intimate dinner, gathering friends for cocktails, or adding a little extra personality to a celebration, August Morgan makes the case for dressing the table with the same confidence and creativity we bring to ourselves.
Why we’re watching: Because in Texas, we believe a table should never arrive at the party underdressed.
