THE SCENE: The Banner House in Dallas was the setting for one of North Texas’s most celebrated Spring fundraising events. A sold-out crowd of over 200 of the region’s most notable community leaders, family advocates, sociables, and philanthropists turned out for the 13th Annual ReuNight. Benefiting The Family Place, the event served up a night of experiential fun for guests who will not soon forget.

THE VIBE: The cocktail-attired crowd featured an array of sophisticated, colorful looks. In the crowd, one could spot vibrant ensembles in all the colors of the rainbow, where bold hues, prints, and pastels blended seamlessly to create a garden of color that made everyone feel welcome.

This year’s ReuNight went to an all-cocktail party format. For longtime supporters, this harkened back to the event’s legacy, serving as a nod to the ReuNight predecessor Palm Night, founded by a host of Dallas luminaries in the 2000’s, including the incomparable Joyce Goss. This allowed the past, present, and future of this iconic organization to shine throughout the night.

Kicking off the festivities was the opportunity to commemorate the evening at a step-and-repeat. The classic step-and-repeat was given an innovative twist, with a backdrop featuring key stats that highlight the organization’s services and how guests’ attendance and support directly impact families in North Texas.

After cozying up at the bar to grab their favorite cocktail, guests mingled with others, catching up with old friends and making new ones. Many took the opportunity to purchase raffle tickets for over 20 luxury items and experiences, with the grand prize a diamond tennis bracelet from Diamonds Direct.

During the cocktail hour, guests had the chance to experience several unique experience activations that kept the crowd engaged. Some could be seen in the pop-up boutique purchasing The Family Place-branded merchandise, while others took the opportunity to play an interactive pickleball game that met the cultural zeitgeist of the moment.
The crowd then gathered for the main program. One by one, event and organization leaders thanked them for their patronage and support of ReuNight over the years. Additionally, The Family Place CEO Tiffany Tate shared an update on the organization’s mission and the growing need for their services in North Texas, which inspired guests to give generously. The program was capped off with the announcement of various raffle winners, which only increased the already high energy to the room.
Once the program continued, the crowd mingled while others took to the dance floor. The revelers cut a rug to tunes courtesy of DJ Romiq, capping off another successful fundraiser for one of North Texas’s most beloved nonprofit organizations.
THE NON-PROFIT: The 2026 ReuNight raised funds for The Family Place. Since its founding in 1978, The Family Place has grown to become one of Texas’s largest domestic violence nonprofit service providers. Proceeds raised from the event will go towards funding programs and services that fulfill the organization’s mission to provide safe housing, counseling, and skills that create independence for victims of domestic violence and their families.
