THE SETTING: The 2024 Children’s Cancer Fund’s A Knight to Remember gala, hosted at the Hilton Anatole and presented by Emberli Pridham’s A Real Life Fairy Tale, captivated attendees with its medieval theme. This magical evening of chivalry and hope united gallant knights and gracious supporters, raising vital funds and awareness for pediatric cancer research in an enchantingly noble cause.

THE VIBE: Honorary Chairs Troy Aikman and Dak Prescott, alongside Tony Romo, Kathy Hilton, Nicky Hilton, Stacey Bendet, Dallas Police Chief Eddie Garcia, and more personalities, united at the gala. In fact, Aikman’s 25-year commitment and Prescott’s second term as chair highlighted the event. Fashion met philanthropy as patients aged 6-17 showcased their bravery in a moving fashion show, with NBC 5’s Meredith Land as the host. Plenty of VIP moments, auctions, and a heartwarming dinner rounded out this inspiring evening.

THE NON-PROFIT: The sold-out gala garnered remarkable generosity, raising $2.7 million for pediatric cancer research and treatment at Children’s HealthSM and UT Southwestern. Yearly, the Children’s Cancer Fund dedicates substantial funds to research and Child Life services, establishing crucial endowments. As a top fundraising entity, CCF significantly advances local research in childhood cancer treatment and prevention, making a profound impact on young lives.
