THE SCENE: The Hall on Dragon, in downtown Dallas, was the setting for a night of fun and fundraising to benefit a worthy cause. Several hundred of the city’s most notable young professionals, community leaders, and philanthropists turned out for the 2025 Dallas CASABlanca Gala. Hosted by the Dallas CASA Young Professionals Group, the night featured great music and high-stakes games where the fun extended well into the night.

THE VIBE: The casino night theme meant that a well-heeled, black-tie optional crowd brought out their most fun and festive attire. In the crowd, one could spot an elegant mix of classic black-tie fare sporting neutral color palettes while others donned bright-colored ensembles. The result was a welcoming environment for all who attended, where old friends reconnected and new friends were made.
The fun started the second revelers arrived for cocktail hour. Upon arrival, revelers were greeted with espresso martinis, which many sipped on as they perused an impressive lot of silent auction items like experiences at top Dallas restaurants and a guitar signed by Post Malone emerging as the most popular.

As the night progressed, many took the opportunity to test their luck by cozying up to various casino games around the room, including blackjack, craps, and poker tables, along with a roulette wheel where patrons with the highest winnings received an assortment of prizes. Others decided to strut their stuff on the dance floor, where partygoers cut a rug to the tunes of The Special Edition Band, who belted out a mix of classic and modern tunes that kept the energy up in the room throughout the night.
THE NON-PROFIT: The 2025 Dallas CASABlanca Gala, co-chaired by Brooke Farrelly, Hannah Harpole, Vivian Satterfield, and Seth Stukalin, raised funds for Dallas CASA. Proceeds raised from the event will go towards providing Dallas CASA programs and services aimed at providing children who are victims of abuse or neglect with extensively trained volunteer court advocates to give them a proper voice in the legal system.
